I am a senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, pursuing an Honors degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management with a Business Analytics Certificate. My time at UMass has been dedicated to developing my leadership skills through both hands-on experience and academic coursework, where I’ve strengthened not only my understanding of transformational leadership and emotional intelligence but also my ability to innovate, think strategically, and envision positive change.
