In my role as the Military & Veterans Program Lead for the Engineering Test & Technology (ET & T) division at Boeing, I leverage my certified expertise in technical recruitment and veteran hiring to link skilled military-connected talent with engineering roles at the world\'s largest aerospace company. With a rich background spanning over 18 years in talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, my primary focus lies in engineering and military-related disciplines.I am passionate about empowering and educating candidates and hiring managers managers on the valuable capabilities of military-connected and veteran talent by showcasing how they can enrich Boeing\'s aerospace vision and mission of building the future of aerospace.
