Supporting the clients to engage with the design process and discussions is crucial as from experience jewellers have different ways of managing their data, pricing their stock and preferences when grouping products together, understanding their specific needs means it is easier to meet deadlines, come in on budget and enhance client satisfaction with the service provided. Key areas to cover with a client are security for eCommerce sites, reassuring them that all coding is done to the highest standard and tested thoroughly to ensure that no malicious users can access sensitive data or defraud the company out of goods.
