Responsibilities include:• Different types of ticket handling in ServiceNow (SNOW) which includes Service Request, Incident, Problem Ticket.• Troubleshooting the issues with proper investigation and finding out the root cause along with providing a fast and swift solution• Managing and working on Change Request activities such as creating and reviewing Change Impact Analysis, Functional Specification, Design Specification, OQ script etc.• Working in different module of Labware such as ELN, Method Execution, Sample Management, User Management and configuration, Instrument Management, Inventory Management, Storage Location Management, Lot Management, Stability Management etc.• Additionally working on SQL, Crystal Report, LIMS Basic Schedulers, Label Printing, Access Routine, Query Tag, Stored Query Manager, Database Explorer, Changes Manager, Visual Workflows etc.• Hands on experience in PROTON, CoreDox, Oracle SQL developer.• Understanding, creating and updating Subroutine as per requirement, debugging etc.Previously worked on ELN Method building and configuration which includes requirement gathering, analyzing, preparing static data requirement, building complete method, Experiment Execution, lifecycle documentation with hands on experience in JIRA. Additional fields of work includes:• Static Data Building- Analysis and Product building in GLIMS• Creation of Analysis, Analysis variation, writing Analysis calculations Other Skills:• Programming Langugaes: LIMS Basic, C• Understanding of GxP, GMP Compliance and 21CFR• Basic understanding of Instrument Integration, Computer System Validation, CDS(Empower), Artificial Intelligence.
