My role involves end-to-end management of credit approval process for a portfolio of commercial & small business clients, including early-stage ventures, in agri-food and agribusiness industry. I also support client relationship management and prospecting for new deals by researching enterprises within my geographical coverage. Currently, I have a delegated individual authority to approve credit exposures up to $125MM.Key responsibilities include: drafting letter of intent, underwriting commercial credit facilities, liaison with collateral appraisers, legal counsel as well as credit risk managers. I also complete periodic loan review and analyze amendment requests.
