ABOUT AIMI WORWOOD
I am a proactive, ambitious, outgoing, agile and hardworking individual with almost a decade\'s worth of experience in technology recruitment. The first 5 years involved working for 3 recruitment agencies (DCV Technologies, Success Digital and Cranberry Panda), starting out as a Resourcer and then transitioning into a 360 Recruiter. From Success Digital onwards, I found a niche vertical in data analytics for ecommerce clients and at Cranberry Panda, I was involved in attending meets-ups and conferences in London to network in this domain.In 2019, I moved to my first in house Talent Partner role at Imagination Technologies initially on a 12 month FTC. I was then was asked to join permanently so I stayed until the end of 2020. Here I gained skills in stakeholder management, more in-depth talent metrics, had an influence on the interview processes (including conducting HR interviews) as well as employer branding all while making global hires in the semiconductor industry (hardware and software engineers).I was at Elements Talent Consultancy for 3 years being consistently deployed at 5 partners: Bumble (mobile app), Accenture (management consultancy), Kambi (sportsbetting), Codasip (semiconductors) and Abatable (voluntary carbon market) across multiple locations (UK, Romania, Czech Republic, Greece, Sweden, Germany and US) and different sizes of companies and environments (large legacy traditional companies as well as radical scale-ups).I am now working at Baringa, supporting mainly their cross-industry Capabililties function, hiring consultants in the Technology, Digital Risk & Cyber and Platforms teams. I also help out on other areas when needed.My positive mental attitude and belief in those around me sets me apart for success and I love being in environments where challenges and teams push my skills to the next level. I thrive in fast-paced environments and am able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships at different levels, always with candidate experience at the heart of what I do.
