Engineering leader with 13+ years of experience across hardware validation, reliability, and cross-functional product development. I’ve helped bring multiple EV platforms to market—guiding battery validation from concept through production, managing $150M+ validation scopes, and building scalable development processes that improve execution and production quality.After 4.5 years leading Rivian’s Battery Test & Validation team, I transitioned into a Vehicle Line Manager role to broaden my scope at the program level. I developed and maintained the first three versions of the R2 vehicle schedule, helped coordinate execution across hardware, software, and homologation teams, and supported validation ramp-up during a period of rapid organizational change.Today, I serve as a Staff Design-for-Reliability Engineer for thermal systems, where I lead subsystem-level validation strategy and coordinate component alignment across the platform. I support DFMEA efforts, integrate AI tools to accelerate damage modeling, and help define test methods based on field and fleet performance. My focus is on building technically credible systems and frameworks that improve long-term product robustness—and I’m energized by opportunities to apply those skills at greater scale.
