Key Responsibilities:• I apply robust quality engineering expertise and stakeholder management skills to drive QA/QC coordination across EPC renewable energy projects in complex, multi-country contexts.• Reviewing QA/QC requirements in EPC and supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with Voltalia QMS.• Define and implement Quality Plans, ITPs, and FATs across equipment manufacturing and construction phases.• Manage subcontractor QA/QC compliance (civil, mechanical, electrical), including document validation and inspections.• Supporting and mentoring QA/QC Site Supervisors, organize inductions, site audits, and training sessions.• Monitor NCRs, drive corrective actions, and ensure timely project QA/QC reporting and documentation via SharePoint.• Coordinate project QA close-out, including final punch lists, quality records, and handover to O&M.• Support biomass O&M operations in French Guiana through technical root cause analysis and insurer liaison.
