Arena Racing Company (“ARC”) is the largest racecourse operator in the UK. The ARC Group of racecourses host roughly 570 fixtures annually with 1.2 million people attending racing at one of ARC’s racecourses each year. As well as racing, ARC also operates 3 hotels, a golf course and 4 Greyhound stadiums. This role supports the Group Head of Marketing to implement and deliver the Group\'s marketing strategy. Being involved in the Marketing process from the development of marketing strategy, and customer proposition and delivering group-wide national marketing campaigns alongside managing the regional team delivering localised marketing campaigns for 500+ horseracing fixtures.
