Data holds a wealth of information, stories about business, processes and clients and the opportunity to make better decisions. In my role as data analyst, I look to find the value hidden with the data; identifying trends, opportunities and potential improvements in order to help people make data driven decisions. I take large volumes of data and form a narrative presented in visualisations that are easy to view and understand. This is then enhanced through machine learning models to predict future outcomes and streamline processes. Furthermore, I review existing business processes, work with stakeholders and identify areas for improvement or streamlining including robotic process automation (RPA) opportunities.
