With over 7 years of experience supporting employers in Moray to strengthen their talent pipeline, I specialise in helping businesses harness the power of apprenticeships to upskill their workforce and recruit new talent. As the first point of contact for Moray employers, I provide tailored guidance on apprenticeship opportunities that align with business needs and future skills.In my role with DYW Moray, I support employers by:Identifying current and future skills gapsRecommending the most suitable apprenticeship frameworks and levelsGuiding recruitment processes and candidate attractionAssisting with job adverts and vacancy promotionAdvising on apprenticeship best practiceConnecting employers with training providers and strengthening partnershipsSince joining DYW Moray in 2018, I have progressed through a variety of roles and courses, developing strong communication, organisational, and project management skills. I thrive on building and maintaining meaningful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, while managing events, activities, and initiatives that create real impact.Alongside my role, I successfully completed my Graduate Apprenticeship in Business Management at Robert Gordon University, graduating in 2024 with First Class Honours. Having also undertaken both a Foundation and Modern Apprenticeship in Business Administration, I am a passionate advocate for lifelong learning and the value apprenticeships bring to both employers and individuals.Outside of work, I enjoy staying active at the gym, travelling with family and friends, and discovering new bars and restaurants.
