Develop and execute the communications strategy for the LPL Advisor Institute to increase awareness, broaden participation, and increase net new advisors in the program. Oversee the creation of all marketing and collateral materials to support multipronged lead generation efforts and ensure messaging conveys a persuasive story, meets brand standards, and drives conversions. Help enhance the client experience for program participants by designing and executing content treatment streams that reinforce expectations and deliver a top-notch, high-touch customer experience. KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:• Increased awareness by submitting communications to broader channels and increasing the frequency of messages: Over 220 outreach efforts were activated in 2022 with an average audience reach of ~8K+. In 2022, the Advisor Institute platform had the highest awareness levels of all new services in a recent advisor survey. • Lead generation efforts significantly boosted traffic to website pages: unique visitors increased 197% YOY; page views increased 169% YOY; and total clicks increased 200% YOY.• Oversaw adoption of a new email service provider, built branded templates including writing all copy, and launched email communications streams. The new email templates consistently outperform LPL and industry email benchmarks. • Implemented a survey/feedback loop process to continuously monitor performance and obtain advisor feedback.• Maintain a marketing dashboard to ensure over 130+ materials are current and comply with compliance guidelines.• Manage a team calendar, ensuring all planned efforts and critical deadlines are top of mind for everyone in the department.
