In this current position, I am responsible for scheduling technical resources for installation of AV projects, working closely with a team of experienced project managers, engineers, and design consultants to see projects through from start to full completion. • This role is a wears-many-hats role in which I am responsible for a variety of simple duties such as ordering equipment for projects, overseeing office supplies, and being the face for new hires of our branch. More complex duties include collaborating with other branches to schedule and delegate technical resources to fulfill projects across the nation, and other duties involving strategy and negotiation.• I often work with every level of the organization, from other coordinators in my role to C-level executives, and work to maximize the efficiency of labor and equipment allocation, to ensure that communication is efficient across the board, and to help my branch meet KPI metrics for each month\'s profit-sharing goals.• During my time at CTI, I have efficiently covered for nearly 30 offices nationwide, assisted the education department in adding over 200 courses to our internal CTI University program as well as contributed one unique course per our internal book club meetings, created PDF guides for internal processes to help my peers, and regularly assisted in training and mentoring new hires with a positive and welcoming experience provided to all who join CTI. • I have successfully fulfilled a wide variety of special requests on a recurring basis, coordinated catering requests and annual office parties, and helped contribute to a few process improvement projects during my time at CTI.• In fact, this is just the start to my journey with CTI.
