Serve as the data lead for the Oncology Decentralized Clinical Trials (DCTs) team with the National Oncology Program within in the Department of Veterans Affairs where I oversee the development of electronic data capture systems (EDCS), data quality, and implementation of CRO EDCS.• Lead interdisciplinary teams across DCT sites to conduct site monitoring visits, study start-up, and data auditing.• Create standardized study processes for remote and single site studies including data standardization, statistical analysis plans, and regulatory processes. • Write and review oncology clinical trial protocols to ensure they meet Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and apply appropriate study design and analysis.• Conduct survival analytics, regression analysis (e.g, regression discontinuity, linear mixed models, propensity score matching) for oncological research utilizing R and SAS.• Assist Principal Investigators with abstract and manuscript preparation including literature reviews, statistical methods, and analysis.• Develop internal study auditing processes and performed data and regulatory audits.• Develop electronic data capture systems in REDCap that include data workflow management and data access groups for multi-site analysis and auditing. • Contributed to Case Report Form (CRF) development and trainings with study and site staff.• Assisted in investigational product management for remote and single site trials. • Perform independent site monitoring visits for DCTs across the Veterans Health Administration National Oncology Program enterprise for Phase I-IV oncology research. • Work with CROs to implement sponsor (including but not limited to Bristol Myers Squibb, Black Diamond Therapeutics, and Boehringer Ingelheim) trials from CDA development, site initiation, to study close-out.
