1st Class Graduate BA(Hons) in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University, working as an People Relations Specialist at the British Heart Foundation! Since graduation- I have worked as a HR Assistant at AdviserPlus on the Sainsbury’s account, advising on policy and procedures- Following the commencement of my degree I am Level 5 CIPD Accredited - In September 2021 I moved to Essex to join the Galliard Homes Elevate graduate programme with internal rotations throughout the business, specialising in Human Resource- I worked as a Senior Employment Law Consultant in Peninsula Manchester, consulting SMEs on how to handle ER issues in house, identifying risk & options available- I began at Asda in September in 2022 as an Employment Relations Advisor & was subsequently successful in moving into the role of an ER Case Management Specialist in June 2023 My Aspirations- I wish to drive change and promote sustainable and ethical business practices- I aspire to obtain CIPD Level 7 alongside my career Leeds based / remote Hard working / Motivated / Keen to learn & be challenged / Trustworthy & Reliable
