About Aimee Foster
I am a systems-thinker focused on agricultural production and market systems development. I have engaged in this work through positions at local and international NGOs, state government, horticultural research and extension programming, and local food cooperatives. Throughout my roles, I have provided both business development and program management support, and I am experienced in the full project life cycle from designing and writing proposals to project start-up, implementation, and close-out. I hold an M.S. in Applied Plant Sciences from the University of Minnesota and a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota Duluth. I have lived and worked in Rwanda, Thailand, Madagascar, and the U.K and visited 40 countries.
