Having lived and breathed commerce for most of my childhood in the family business, I developed my business management skills with more than ten years of experience working with international companies. Ultimately as a Marketing Manager I was responsible for the marketing activities across the naval group of Rolls-Royce plc, where I led the marketing team. I loved the people management aspect of the job and was fortunate to lead and work for and with many incredibly talented people. I am proud to have worked for one of Britain\'s finest companies.Following the birth of my second child and having worked full time after my first, I chose a five year career break. It was a tough decision not to return to a highly paid job. During this time I mentored for the CIM with whom I am a Chartered Marketer. I loved the coaching element and when I looked back realised this had always been my passion. Since then I have funded myself through further training to build on the courses and experience I had gained as a manager.I have trained with John Seymour in a suite of coaching tools known as Neuro Linguistic Programming. John is a leading authority in NLP, which is described as \'the art and science of personal excellence\' or \'a way of studying how people excel in any field and teaching those skills to others\'. I feel privileged to have John as my Coaching Supervisor. I have qualified as a Master Practitioner in NLP and I have also gained a separate coaching diploma through JS NLP. I founded Plucky People in 2013 to formalise my growing coaching business.I hope you will enjoy reading my profile and that we can work together in the future.

Hello, my name is Aimée Knott and I am an qualified NLP Master Practitioner and Personal Coach. I chose to leave a job I loved to pursue a dream of mine to train as a personal coach. Ten years on and I feel that I am doing what I was born to do.
