About Aimee Kane
Aimee was promoted in July 2024 to Regional Vice President of Mission Integration and Formation at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System (FMOLHS). She will play a distinct role in being an agent for justice, equity and compassionate care aiming to accomplish human flourishing for all those entrusted to our care. Aimee will inspire, guide and influence our Catholic Franciscan and Dominican identities as she executes strategic goals in Monroe and Jackson. She will also serve as executive sponsor of the St. Francis Foundation to ensure continued oversight of key relationships with major donors and strategic alignment with business and community supporters.Aimee is a proven executive leader with a gift for establishing and growing meaningful relationships and has many years of experience in marketing, physician and community relations, business development and strategic planning. Aimee has served in numerous leadership roles at St. Francis over the last 19 years. Before assuming this role, she served as the Vice President of Business Development and Strategy and President of the St. Francis Foundation. Aimee has served as Administrative Vice President of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce and Marketing and Public Relations Director at North Monroe Medical Center. She is a graduate of the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now ULL) where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Practical Theology with a Specialization in Health Care Mission from the Aquinas Institute of Theology.In 2019 Aimee was named Mentor of the Year for the ULM Mentoring Program, 2013 Delta Style’s Sweet Sixteen Women of Business and Community Leadership, “Top 20 Under 40 Young Business Professionals” by Delta Business Magazine 2010 and the 2007 James M. Shipp, Jr. Memorial Young Business Leader of the Year. Aimee is a graduate of the Council for A Better Louisiana and Leadership Louisiana Program.Aimee serves on the board of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce (incoming Chairman 2025) and Governmental Advocacy Committee, the NELA Cancer Foundation (chair 2012-14), and NELA Healthcare Alliance. She has served as American Red Cross and the NELA Arts Council Board Chairs, and board member of Council for a Better Louisian), Wellspring, Louisiana Quality Foundation, NELA Children’s Coalition, ARCO, St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy, United Way, and March of Dimes. She was a member of Monroe Junior League, Monroe Junior Garden Club, and Rotary.
