I’m an executive leader focused on advancing how nonprofit healthcare organizations communicate, align, and evolve in a rapidly changing environment. With more than 20 years of experience spanning communications, operations, public policy, and organizational leadership, I bring a systems-level perspective to the work of strengthening mission-driven organizations and the communities they serve.I currently serve as Executive Director of Communications for Everent Health, Inc, where I lead strategic internal and external communications for Everent and its affiliated organizations. My work is centered on creating clarity and alignment across a growing system—ensuring that vision, strategy, and purpose are consistently communicated, understood, and activated. I focus on positioning Everent and its partners as forward-thinking leaders in care delivery, while supporting the sustainability and advancement of community-based providers through thoughtful, integrated communications.Previously, I served as Director of Marketing for Bluegrass Care Navigators, leading a comprehensive, multi-channel strategy across multiple service lines in a complex healthcare environment. My work emphasized growth through strong community and referral partnerships, while ensuring communications reflected the compassion, quality, and innovation at the core of care delivery.Earlier in my career, I held executive leadership roles with the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce and the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, where I led operations, communications, and strategic initiatives across large, multifaceted organizations. These roles deepened my expertise in governance, stakeholder alignment, public policy, and organizational transformation—experience that continues to inform my approach today.I believe effective communication is a strategic function—not a support function—and is essential to navigating change, building trust, and driving meaningful outcomes.
