About Aimee Galindo-Pena

Currently Aimee is an IT Business Segment Portfolio Controller, working closely with her unit\'s CIO, PMs, Tech Leads, and Governance. Previously she rounded out her business operations and administration experience working as a partner to the North America business specializing in Business Continuity. In this role she called upon her years of experience to effectively impact the program\'s transformation and strengthen the resilience posture of the organization.Prior to joining Chubb, she supported senior leaders in at Santander for nearly 2 years focusing on understanding the importance of IT to a business\' success and positively impacting the \"business\" of IT.Previously, she was an AVP and member of the 4th cohort of the Leadership Development Program at State Street. The rotational program identifies future leaders of the organization and exposed her to different functionalities of the business. She participated in a rotation as a Program Manager/CAO for the New Business Integration team within Client Delivery Management as well as an Analyst in IT Planning & Strategy. Prior to that she was a Principal at State Street Global Advisors and an Analyst on the Operations Solutions team. The team is a central resource for operational matters related to North America institutional funds. Before that role she managed a team of equity portfolio administration associates in the Portfolio Management Support group.Before she joined SSGA in 2014, Aimee worked for State Street Global Services in the Client Cash center of excellence, servicing SSGA products for five years. During her career she has been involved in a number of employee engagement and corporate citizenship activities. Aimee was a member of the Massachusetts Community Support Program, which works to review and approve grants for Boston/Quincy area non-profits on behalf of the State Street Foundation. She has also collaborated on a consulting initiative on behalf of the Professional Women\'s Network (PWN) at State Street focusing on Diversity & Inclusion and continued her efforts with the PWN Enterprise Committee. She was also an active member of the Black Professional Group\'s Community Committee. Currently, she is on the leadership committee of Chubb Women in Tech, a member for the Mosaic Black Alliance, and Chubb IMPACT - a women\'s networking group.Aimee earned a BS cum laude in management with a concentration in marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She has also earned her Executive MBA at Suffolk University\'s Sawyer Business School.
