ABOUT AIMÉE B.

I\'m an experienced Data Protection Practitioner and Leader, that has worked in Governance, Risk, Compliance and Data Privacy for over 10 years, and provided leadership and management for 15+ years. I have worked in both Consultancy, and In-House roles for household names such as Marks & Spencer, and Dyson. My experience in Data Privacy and Security spans across multiple sectors including Retail, Aviation, Hospitality, Energy, Utilities, Financial Services, and Healthcare.In my role as Principal Consultant in Bridewell\'s Data Privacy Practice, I am responsible for the oversight and delivery of our Data Privacy and Microsoft Purview Engagements, delivered by our team of Consultants, including providing Leadership and Management to our Senior Lead Consultants and their teams. Alongside the Associate Director and Head of Data Privacy, I have supported in building the Team from 3 Consultants to the established Practice it is today, where we act as the DPO for multi-national organisations, spanning across the globe. Contributing to Sales and Marketing activities to support Bridewell\'s growth, and developing and establishing existing and new Service Lines, such as our Managed Data Security Service, whereby we support organisations in managing their Data Loss Prevention and Insider Risk Management Programmes. In addition, to providing leadership to our Data Privacy practice, I also act as a Lead Delivery Consultant for a number of our Strategic Clients, providing practical advice, guidance and leadership to support them in meeting their Data Privacy, Compliance and Security objectives, and managing risk- International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) Advisory Board Member Training (since Jan 2025)- Nominee for Most Inspiring Women in Cyber Awards 2026**Any comments shared on LinkedIn are my own and not that of my employer**
