Working with Senior care 360 and Innovation 4 health to bring essential medical services to the home of the patient- Receiving the best in Health Care platforms (Cash prize of and a trophy- Aspire to provide the gift of quality care to seniors in the comfort of their home with respect to their values, preserving dignity of their life- Our goal was to ensure the accessibility of healthcare services to seniors who are unable to travel due to health-related reasons and/or, lack consistent transport to and from an MD’s clinic- Offering services that are usually difficult to access for seniors but are at the same time necessary and essential for their health- Ensuring that all provided services communicate with one another to create a comprehensive health care plan- Improving the patient’s overall wellbeing, and quality of care.
