Intervention on several strategic projects within different CANAL+ divisions, requiring a high degree of versatility and an ability to work closely with various departments to ensure a fluid user experience: verification of the integrity and consistency of the information in the database; maintenance of the user interfaces intended for the general public to ensure the fluidity of the subscription, cancellation and offer modification paths; maintenance of the portal intended for telephone advisers, enabling the management of customer contracts via a recommendation engine or personalised catalogues; participation in the integration of new prestigious partners such as Netflix, Disney, Apple, Warner Bros, Google InApp, Free, Bouygues, SFR and Akilia- Analysis of requirements and preparation for the Acceptance phase- Collaboration with the development and project management teams to ensure a clear understanding of the test requirements- Development of detailed test scenarios for the various functionalities on HP QC and SQUASH- Preparation of acceptance specifications and data sets- Implementing effective acceptance strategies to ensure the testing phase runs smoothly- Use of agile methodologies to ensure efficient acceptance of products- Carrying out functional acceptance testing- Carrying out technical acceptance tests: execution of Java batches, PL/SQL scripts and web services tests- Carrying out non-regression test campaigns- Carrying out interface tests with related systems- Reporting and monitoring acceptance anomalies- Analysing data and traces on DataDog- Assessment of the risks associated with the anomalies detected- Updating documentation with procedures for critical functions- Functional and technical training for new team members on business aspects, testing processes and validation tools- Planning workshops with the automation teams- Supporting the business teams and the various Feature Teams- Setting up detailed test reports
