Engineering to order (ETO) design of distribution substations for utilities and data centres:\\\\n\\\\n• Technical review of tendering documents.\\\\n• Producing general arrangement drawings and mechanical interlocking schemes for distribution substations.\\\\n• Detailed design of switchgear protection and control schematics for Medium Voltage air-insulated switchgear.\\\\n• Protection relay configuration and logic programming for different MV applications.\\\\n• Experience with SEPAM, Easergy P3, and VAMP relays.\\\\n• 2D and 3D electrical design with EPLAN and AutoCAD.\\\\n• Acting as key contact person for technical related queries on a portfolio of projects.\\\\n• Engaging with clients in technical conversations to ensure the functionality of panels and guarantee customer expectations are met.\\\\n• Assisting shop floor operatives with any queries or special design requirements during the manufacturing stage.\\\\n• Supporting Test Engineers during the final testing stage and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT).\\\\n• Part of the Continuous Improvement group in Leeds, engaging in innovation and improvements across the plant.\\\\n• Looking for opportunities to automate repetitive task with the aim to reduce engineering time across the team.\\\\n• Responsible for the induction and training of new team members.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
