I’m an Industrial Engineer with an interest in building lean and resilient organizations. With four years of process improvement and project management experience, I have worked in or supported sourcing, manufacturing and distribution in the biotech and defense sectors. In my last role, I moved from California to Maryland and took a step away from global roles to be a supervisor at Thermo Fisher Scientific\'s largest warehouse. Managing 30 hourly employees and ensuring a daily 100% on time order fulfillment is challenging, but very rewarding. My engineering background enables me to approach problem solving from an analytical and fact based perspective, as my personality pre-disposes me to keep in mind the human element and incredible value that comes from all employees.When I’m not on the job, I love training for triathlons, cooking my last mexican food craving and indulging my love for reading.
