Our team leads the global strategy and execution of sales enablement programs, driving alignment and prioritization across functions to support weekly portfolio training, onboarding, field readiness, and professional development. A core focus is accelerating deal velocity through just-in-time enablement that supports the full quote-to-cash cycle. We design and deliver role-specific onboarding programs—including during M&A transitions—grounded in gap analyses and cross-functional collaboration. To ensure scalability and visibility, we maintain a company-wide Intake and Prioritization process that guides annual planning and interlock. Each year, we also plan and deliver the Worldwide Sales Kickoff, managing both internal teams and external vendors to bring the event to life. In partnership with leadership, we define and standardize KPIs and business impact metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuously measure our effectiveness.
