ABOUT AILISH BREEN

An experienced facilitator, speaker and consultant with expertise in building cultures of allyship and inclusion.I use coaching and facilitation to advance equity for underrepresented talent and marginalised genders. I love designing and delivering impactful workshops. I work on promoting inclusion in the outdoors, including through founding Queer Out Here and collaborating with outdoor organisations. I\'m currently delighted to be working as a coach and facilitator with Shape Talent, the go-to experts for complex, multinational organisations who are serious about gender equity and what it can achieve for their business. Alongside others, I deliver our Breaking Barriers Women\'s Programme and our coaching offer, as well as supporting businesses with their EDI and ERG strategies. I\'ve recently been a lead for Diversity Inclusion & Belonging at the National Trust, having previously worked in government on Equality and Human Rights. I\'m passionate about my work as a transformational coach both in 1:1 sessions and group work. I love connecting with people more than anything, on a human level, and helping to support a shift in perspective. I\'m always keeping up my reflective practice and CPD as a coach, as a lifelong learner!
