Aileen\'s passion is to improve the effectiveness of law practice in serving clients and adding value to business outcomes. She is among the very few in the legal industry who has a panoramic view: as a lawyer in private practice, in-house counsel in a large law department, as a practice group COO at a Big 4 firm and as a serial entrepreneur and professional development expert. Aileen enthusiastically provides coaching and hands-on support for lawyers and allied professionals seeking to integrate practical business skills with the unique needs of the legal ecosystem. Aileen Leventon brings her practical experience as both a consumer and provider of legal services to the client experience to deeply understand how to achieve their goals. Aileen founded QLex Consulting in 2006 years and has been affiliated with a number of top-tier consulting organizations. She also served as a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in the U.S. office of Blaqwell Inc. At PwC, developed benchmarking tools that set the industry standard: the Law Department Spending Survey and the Law Firm Statistical Survey.
