ABOUT AILEEN JAMIESON

Twenty six years of experience gained within the oil & gas industry with a proven track record in technical, operational, commercial and consulting roles for downstream operations and upstream development, execution and decommissioning stages. Client focussed with significant experience in business generation and account management. Primary responsibility in my most recent role was generating business for Turner & Townsend’s Natural Resources sector across their service offerings of cost and commercial management, controls and performance, and procurement. Key client account manager for Shell, managing the enterprise framework agreement across project and contract services. Chairwoman of The Performance Forum for twelve years, providing project performance benchmarking services across the upstream sector. As Chair, I steered the strategy and investment in the service, through collaboration with the membership of over twenty key energy operators. I provided management of the service to ensure insights were timely, accurate and thought provoking to support clients in their decision making. Skilled project and team manager, with a focus on designing and developing knowledge/data based tools such as the Performance Forum and Turner & Townsend\'s project close-out service.
