Efforts focus on strengthening control environments, improving decision quality, and ensuring initiatives are grounded in data and operational reality. Analytical rigor is balanced with practical judgment to help teams move from ambiguity to alignment and action.A background in FP & A and finance continues to inform my strategy work. I previously supported a $1.2B cost base as a Finance Business Partner, advising leaders on spend trends, risks, and variances to inform control decisions, investment trade-offs, and execution priorities. That foundation anchors my approach to strategy in financial insight, risk awareness, and long-term outcomes.I am currently pursuing my MBA with a concentration in AI and have earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, strengthening capabilities in risk-informed decision-making, continuous improvement, testing and validation, and leading change in complex, regulated environments.I enjoy connecting with others, exchanging perspectives, and learning from different experiences.
