As Managing Director at TCLF, I help manage the organization, spearhead public programming, and support our staff, all to share the stories and significance of cultural landscapes across the country. With a background in arts management and years of experience in programming and fundraising, I love finding creative ways to make arts and culture accessible and impactful for everyone.

   Oversee the organization’s operations, staff management, and internal systems, working closely with the CEO to advance strategic goals and ensure overall organizational health. Lead day-to-day operations, foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture, and manage staff and contractors. Responsibilities include financial oversight in partnership with the finance team, guiding fundraising efforts such as grant submissions and annual appeals, and ensuring the successful implementation and evaluation of TCLF’s programs. Support the Board of Directors and Stewardship Council by coordinating meetings, producing minutes, and assisting with governance activities. Oversee technology and systems integration to improve organizational efficiency and champion continuous learning and staff development.
