I oversee the projects and the implementation of IT solutions on Wealth Management department. In close collaboration and alignment with the co-head, I supervise the team of PMOs, Project Managers and functional and technical experts working on external clients’ projects. I am in charge of coordination of all project teams and execution of the projects, up to the deployment of the developed solution to the Client’s environment. I am the escalation point and in charge of the relationship with Clients.
