I established Battery Software department and grew the team from 1 to 40 in over a decade, enabling Lucid\'s definitive leadership in EV core technology and long-term viability as a nascent OEM. Over the years, my team played a central role in the development of Lucid Air, Gravity, Midsize, Formula E battery products, and a number of prototype projects like stationary energy storage system.At various points, I directly contributed to, managed, or directed engineering activities including:• Safety-critical embedded software development• State of the art controls algorithms R&D• Software QA testing from unit to vehicle level• Systems engineering using MBSE best practices• Fleet battery data infrastructure and analytics• Product management for vehicle energy and charging experiencesOperation-wise, I led and grew leaders to successfully accomplish production milestones and avoid operational losses north of $750M.
