At Thomson Reuters, I am solely responsible for managing SAP S/4HANA SD integration with the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax application across global business processes. My role involves designing, configuring, and supporting tax-compliant solutions for intercompany sales, subcontracting, plant abroad, and STO (Stock Transport Order) scenarios. I ensure seamless VAT and indirect tax handling by aligning SAP configurations with ONESOURCE requirements, supporting multiple legal entities and cross-border flows.I independently manage the entire SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) functional landscape, covering sales order processing, delivery, billing, pricing, output control, and intercompany invoicing. I have configured billing types such as WIA, maintained tax-relevant partner functions, and ensured proper VAT ID flows for compliance with EU regulations like Article 262 ter (triangulation). I also handle SD-FI integration to ensure billing flows result in accurate financial postings.In addition to SD, I take full ownership of related SAP FI configurations, including tax code mapping, VAT postings, account determination, and ensuring ONESOURCE tax results are correctly posted in financial documents. I troubleshoot FI-related issues, validate accounting entries, and support reconciliation and audit processes for intercompany and customer invoices. All ONESOURCE XML integration issues, tax validation errors, and enhancements are handled solely by me.I also manage the relevant SAP MM configurations required for STO and subcontracting flows, including vendor and material master data setup, BOM creation, purchase order processing, and plant-to-plant movements. I ensure all MM activities align with SD and FI tax processes, and that transactions are fully integrated with ONESOURCE for tax determination. From blueprint to go-live, I handle all functional design, configuration, testing, cutover, and production support independently for this integrated SAP landscape.
