R&D Procurement: CMC, Preclinical and Discovery, Research Category-Proactively engage with Global business stakeholders of global Chemical & Pharmarceutical Development and Supply, BioTherapeutics Development and Supply, Discovery Center to align and identify business needs and provide professional sourcing solution in compliance, develop and optimize category strategy -Responsility of global SRM of strategic CRO, CDMO partners and lead global sourcing projects to identify the right suppliers, mitigate supply risk and optimize supply cost and also category strategy via bussiness needs assessment, spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier evaluation-Leverage strategic relationships and governance meetings with key business partners. e.g. internal stakeholders globally, CRDMO suppliers, global category leaders, to drive supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost optimization, and also to address unmet business needs for future opportunities-Lead global MSA and contracting negotiation with CRO, CDMO partners in alignment with business needs, to mitigate business risk through the understanding of commercial, legal, and regulatory requirement and use of efficient global contracting system and channels, leveraging standard processes and technology.
