I build school leadership and teacher capacity in the area of technology integration for 208 schools and centers and students through personalized professional development -Consult with 10 non-public schools to improve the effectiveness of Title I Federal programming by creating, implementing and monitoring Equitable Services -Audit and provide corrective action for central office and school-based initiatives with stakeholder collaboration through strategies such as Learning Walks, Written and Oral feedback, and Planning -Design research-based technical assistance for schools and district departments to aid in identifying and transitioning schools from their Targeted status to School-wide status under the federal guidelines of the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)-Create and analyze Title I Budgets with Principals and Instructional Leadership teams to maximize student academic impact-Collaborate across departments to implement Parent workshops to build Family technology literacy skills for student impact-Plan and facilitate 3-4 annual conferences and other events to benefit LEA personnel -Established a culture of Professional Development using the book study format focusing on “Engaging Students with Poverty in Mind”
