Senior Manager, PMP certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI), PMI-ACP, SMC, PSPO I, Scaled Scrum Master Certified, PRINCE2 Foundation Level Certified. I am a passionate about computer science with 19+ funny years experience in tailor and design ICT solutions, integration and management. I am the Deputy CTO of Engineering International Belgium (Eng Group), head of pre-sales and Fixed Price contracts. I am an expert in preparation of Tenders Offers (covering both Technical and Financial).I have been the Program Manager of the Digital Enabler IoE ecosystem solution and the Head of Public Administration Innovation R&D Lab. I graduated in 2004 in Computer Science at the University of Palermo (Italy). In 2020/2021 I did a great experience tailoring ENG-DE4BIOS, an innovative Biosurveillance platform to track infections from SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). I have been playing the role of Project Manager and Senior Researcher working on different projects regarding the innovation of Italian and European Public Administrations as well as Smart Cities. I am the first author of several scientific publications about AI enabled data management and correlation in smart cities, computer networks, business rules management approaches, Agile methodologies.
