Located in Cleveland, Detroit and Toledo, AI has established legacy clients and business partners throughout their region and across the country over the past 25+ years.As an account executive, it is my duty to be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the client experience. At American Interiors I am responsible for communicating directly with clients and prospects, understanding their individual and organization’s needs, and recommending solutions and services that maximize value. With my hybrid role and background in design, I am also responsible for the design and specification process of a project from start to finish. This includes space planning, test-fits, programming, furniture typical development, 3d rendering and finish material selections. I work closely with project management and our installation team to ensure our clients have a positive experience from project inception to completion and for years ahead.
