In my role as a bar back, I learned how to adequately maintain efficiency and excellence while keeping up with the high paced restaurant environment. I provide support to the bartenders by restocking supplies, preparing garnishes, and ensuring the bar area is clean and organized at all times. I work closely with the bartending team to anticipate their needs when it is busy and to ensure there is very little setbacks.
