We build Personalization and Storefront Automation so customers can reliably find a movie or show to watch with minimal effort. We develop the Tier-1 services (large scale, low latency, very high availability) that power the title selection and placement. We also research, develop and operate the AI algorithms that power title recommendations, balance share of voice between a variety of customer offerings, select the optimal image to represent titles, and maximize overall performance of the Gateway page.
