About Aidan Yilmaz
As a young professional, I have spent the last several years focusing on finance and real estate, as well as my passion for higher education and undergraduate admissions. In my current role as a Project Manager at J.A.Y. Enterprises, I have had the opportunity to lead dynamic teams focused on fast-paced real estate projects throughout Southern Maine. Since joining J.A.Y. Enterprises, I have immersed myself in real estate & project management, and I have since led over a dozen projects ranging from commercial construction operations to software solutions for residential tenants. With experience in both commercial and residential real estate, I am interested in expanding my qualifications beyond project management, and developing greater professional competencies across real estate and finance more broadly. In furtherance of that goal, within my first year as a project manager, I earned the Project Management Institute\'s CAPM certification, and I am currently completing the requirements for the PMI\'s Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, as well as preparing for FINRA\'s Series 6 and Series 7 exams. Prior to my first role, I had significant experience in fast-paced small business environments. Raised by parents with an entrepreneurial spirit, I grew up around operations spanning from residential & commercial real estate, to food service, to hotels, and beyond. In every role, I maintain a strong sense of ownership in my work, and leave nothing on the table. In my spare time, I enjoy playing guitar, tabletop board games, and supporting students through the undergraduate college admissions process, for which I have been featured in the Wall Street Journal.
