In this temporary role, organized and supported staff cover in the providing of complete medical and life assistance care to highly vulnerable and/or disabled ACC and MOH funded clients. Clients who relied on Support Workers (at times for 24//7 care) for their daily functioning.• Acted as an intermediary between vulnerable clients and a very large pool of Canterbury residing support workers. Dealing with wide array of employment related queries and issues from staff members.• Managed very elevated and acute calls, often times from clients who were unhappy with their care, or in need of urgent medical attention or personal cares.• Played a pivotal role in migrating systems in real time, from Caresmarts to InnovaCare and support clients and staff in navingating the new app.
