This role encompasses a broad range of strategic responsibilities to support education partners and streamline the endorsement process. A key focus is on fostering exceptional stakeholder collaboration throughout the endorsement and partner onboarding journey. This involves guiding education partners through complex queries and strategically promoting the benefits of partnership, endorsement, and alignment with CIMSPA’s professional standards.I am accountable for leading the endorsement submission lifecycle for CIMSPA’s education partners, working in close coordination with the Education Team. This includes maintaining proactive and regular communication with partners and key stakeholders, rigorously monitoring, tracking, and processing submissions to ensure full compliance with CIMSPA’s stringent policies and standards.Overall, my role as an Education Officer is to provide high-level support, strategically lead the endorsement submission process for current partners, engage with prospective partners to expand our network, and promote the long-term benefits of partnership. Additionally, I contribute to data-driven reporting and analysis while collaborating with the Education Team to advance key objectives outlined in CIMSPA’s strategic plan.
