As Managing Director of All Star Safety Ltd, I lead a growing, forward-thinking organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality training, NVQ assessments, and health and safety consultancy to the construction and allied industries across the UK. I’m hands-on in both the strategic development and daily operations of the business — actively delivering training, undertaking NVQ assessments, and carrying out internal quality assurance to maintain the high standards we are known for. With a trusted national network of experienced subcontracted assessors and trainers, and the use of platforms like Quals Direct for remote assessment and e-portfolio management, we ensure our services are flexible, efficient and client-focused.In May 2025, we moved into our new dedicated office and training base at the Suffolk Enterprise Centre in Ipswich. From this new base, we are expanding our offer with a planned rollout of classroom and practical training: NPORS courses begin in June, First Aid training in July, and IOSH courses in September. These form part of our wider five-year growth strategy, which includes launching an innovative e-learning platform, becoming an approved NEBOSH centre, delivering SMSTS and courses, and offering consultancy support for businesses in managing training matrices and health and safety compliance. My focus is on driving the business forward to provide a reliable, one-stop solution for training, assessment, and safety consultancy across the construction and wider industrial sectors.
