ABOUT AIDAN ONEILL
After six years in the industry, I noticed that international nonprofits often must hire and operate in the developing world with little notice in response to new grants or projects, usually while maintaining a thin back office to minimize overhead costs. We started the NGO Services team to support organizations\' HR, finance, legal, & operational teams at both the global and local level. Our work allows nonprofits and universities to set up and expand their mission-driven work quickly, cost-effectively, efficiently, and compliantly through our Employer of Record, advisory, and entity-based services.
