ABOUT AIDAN BOLL
I’m a Finance and Economics student at East Carolina University (Class of 2027) with hands-on experience in investment banking, M&A sourcing, and soon, corporate FP & A. My interests sit at the intersection of financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic decision-making.I’ve worked in middle-market investment banking with Tobin & Company Investment Banking Group, where I supported M&A engagements through buyer sourcing, comparable company analysis, due diligence memoranda, and direct exposure to client and private equity discussions.I currently serve as a Junior M&A Analyst with the Sellside Group, sourcing and prioritizing sell-side opportunities across the field services, home services, and technology sectors, including businesses operating within the federal contracting space. I conduct company-level diligence, analyze seller metrics, and support active buyer mandates. This summer, I’ll be joining Inmar Intelligence as a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, where I’ll support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, dashboard development, and strategic analysis to help drive data-informed business decisions.Beyond internships, I serve as President of the ECU Economics Society and President of the National Society of Leadership & Success chapter, where I lead meetings, coordinate programming, and work closely with faculty and national leadership. I’m technically trained in Excel-based financial modeling and actively building my skill set through advanced coursework and professional training.I’m motivated by environments that value analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous learning, and I’m always open to conversations around investment banking, corporate finance, M&A, and long-term career development.
