About Aidan Ackermann
I’m a third-year Operations Management major at The Ohio State University and part of the Honors Integrated Business and Engineering (IBE) program in the software innovation track. I’m passionate about using data, systems thinking, and technology to solve operational challenges and make processes more efficient. During my Fundamentals of Engineering honors course with IBE, my team and I won the freshman pitch competition by building a functional course-scheduling software supported by financial modeling and strategic go-to-market planning. I’ve gained hands-on experience at The Coca-Cola Company, where I supported demand planning and forecasting initiatives to help improve supply chain performance. I’ll continue developing my supply chain and procurement skills this summer as a Supply Chain Purchasing intern at Ford Motor Company’s global headquarters. I’m excited by opportunities that combine operations, analytics, and innovation to drive real business impact.
