About Aidan Wise
I’ve always been driven by people, competition, and building something meaningful. That started in college football recruiting, carried through selling out arenas in pro sports, and now lives in my career as a residential real estate broker in Chicago. My path has never been perfectly linear, but it has always been about showing up, learning fast, working hard, and doing right by people.Today I work full time at Cross Street helping renters, buyers, and people relocating to Chicago find their place in the city. I focus a lot on high rise leasing, young professionals, first time movers, and anyone who wants a real, straightforward experience instead of headaches and sales pressure. Relationships matter to me. Trust matters. And the details matter. I’m building a brand rooted in knowledge, service, and long term relationships, not quick transactions.Alongside that, I’m earning my MBA at DePaul. Not just to collect a degree, but to sharpen how I think about business, investing, and long term growth. My long term vision is to continue expanding into acquisitions, investment, and eventually property management and development.What motivates me is consistency, a competitive mindset, and genuinely liking the people I work with. I enjoy the calls, the tours, the problem solving, and everything that comes with helping someone make a big life decision.
