MedRep Academy is the country's first and only Live OR certification program built specifically for aspiring medical device sales representatives.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia and authorized by the State of Georgia GNPEC, our 12-week intensive curriculum combines classroom instruction, field logistics training, and 30+ live surgical cases inside real operating rooms. Students are trained by active reps, practicing surgeons, and industry veterans, learning the clinical, technical, and professional fundamentals that hiring managers actually require.
Every graduate leaves with the certificate, the case experience, and the composure to contribute to a team on day one. We don't produce candidates who need four months of ramp time and five figures of onboarding investment. We produce reps who are ready to go.
