I currently work as a Play-by-Play Broadcaster with Dave Campbell’s Texas Football, covering a wide range of high school sports throughout the Austin area. In this role, I call live games, provide in-depth commentary, manage off-air production and help tell the stories of student-athletes and programs across Central Texas. The opportunity allows me to sharpen my on-air skills while staying deeply connected to the Texas high school sports community and its unmatched passion.

ABOUT AIDAN URBACH
Sports have been my passion for as long as I can remember — not just for the thrill of the game, but for the stories, emotion, and connection that sports bring to people everywhere. From childhood days of performing standups inside Globe Life and interviewing prominent industry figures such as Ed Werder of ESPN to anchoring live shows with TSTV Sports at the University of Texas at Austin, I’ve worked to turn that passion into a lifelong career in sports broadcasting. As the Founder and Host of The Sports Bible Podcast, I’ve interviewed some of the most respected voices in sports, including Charles Barkley and Bob Rathbun, and learned firsthand the power of storytelling in every conversation. Whether I’m writing scripts, producing live broadcasts, or delivering on-air commentary, I aim to bring authenticity, energy, and insight to every moment. My ultimate goal is to inspire and connect audiences on a national stage — to tell the stories behind the scores and share the human side of sports that brings us all together.
